Move to Phoenix, That will fix it. No mosture in our air Sorry for your problem... What I would do is take one of those mosture absorbant things that come in packaging. Stick it in my head lamp housing and dry that sucker out. Then seal it so no mosture gets in.

I've had a large packet of desicant in the headlamp bucket since April. The lamp itself appears to be completely sealed, so I believe that the moisture/high-humidity air was trapped in it when it was manufactured.

Desicant packs don't last forever. I would change it out and see if it clears up. Or put back the stock light and put that LED light in a sealed bag with Desicant. See if it clears it up.

I am having the same problem. Ordered mine online. Just emailed them to see what they can do for me. Still in the 90 day warranty time frame.

Are you past your 90-day warranty?

Can you possibily return it for the newest version?

Not having seen one of these I cant say if this will work but with a halogen lense (on a car mind you) with the plastic face - they sometimes do that and often times drilling a small hole at the bottom gives the moisture a place to drain and dry things up.

This headlamp is more like a sealed beam. The face is glass, and the whole assembly appears to be sealed. No holes or openings to let air or moisture in or out.
