Default Mid pegs and associated hardware $151 total for 2009 Fat Bob

That includes the mounting hardware that attaches to the frame, two OEM pegs (leaving them the same for now), and 4 washers, 4 bolts for the hardware, 2 bolts for the pegs themselves, two weird looking thin washers for the pegs et al.

You'd think HD would make this a kit, but it has to be bought individually. Guess they didn't realize as many midgets like me would buy a Fat Bob.

you could always trade someone with mid controls that wants forwards.

straight up & you're not out any money, but even some cash to boot from their end!

Or do what I did, and found someone on the forum looking to sell the mounts. I went to the dealer and was astonished by the price for those mounts. I got the mounts and the HD peg pens for less than the cost of one mount. (I had my original pegs still stowed away)

"make the rig easier to ride...."

Hey 'Rida!

Don't worry, you'll be good. With the mids you'll be able to ride 'cross town or 'cross country - day after day, mile after mile!

what models fit the WG, being vertically challenged myself it would be nice to have a different leg position for the long rides.

Any 06 or newer, find someone with a super glide that just switched to forwards and they might part with the mounts.

I got mine for $10 +shipping from ebay. Sometimes the search can be a little tricky. I found mine in some obscure listing that didn't really make sense.

Might also try craigslist searches.
