Jeff,

Jamie and keith sent me setups for my specific bike so I never ran a map from the previous bike. I tried the dynojet recommended map as well as Fuel Moto's and they both have issues (not the same issues though). I am unfortunately connected to the current dealer because I bought their maintenance plan but other than that they have lost a customer.

Thanks for the info guys it really is giving this newbie some direction!

going to replace them though.
I'm sorry. What I meant is not the air intake, but the gasket behind the throtle body(I think that's what it's called on a bike)

I hope it works out for you. I don't have any mechanical advice for you, I'm really not that familiar with the mechanical aspects of bikes. You could always put the bike bike to original config and regroup. At least you would be able to ride it. A stock FXDC is still pretty darn nice! If it still acts up it would be that fuel moto download. Whatever that is for. I hope you get her right soon. The weather is getting real nice! Good luck!. FYI: I purchased my bolt on stuff from and it was installed by the dealer. They Dyno'd it for $100. It runs great.

If the problem persists without the PC on then I think that pretty much rules it out.

I have had good dealings with Rawhide HD in Olathe. New owners. Not part of the "family" if you catch my drift.
