My first bike was a 69 shovel that I restored from the ground up and it and heat of summer were bad news together. Every day re-tune the carb according temp. and humidity, and then once the back cylinder got hot she would smoke and start to use oil.With my new bike it seems to able to handle the hot weather pretty good,with fuel injection compensating for the air temp. and humidity,its been about 95deg. and 90% humidity here the last 3 days and its running like a champ.You gotta love these new bikes and thier high tech components. I'm so glad I bought this bike sorry if I keep repeating myself about how much I like this bike.
