Throttle thumb screw, do you use it much?

Just got the throttlemate in the mail that I got off of Ebay from The Cycle Accessory Store.
Works like a damn charm. The only negative is yea it could be a little shorter as it does hit my thumb a little when I go to hit the turn signal. Glad I finally got one. Now I'll be ready on my next long ride.
