I have both, 2001 fxdx and 2011fxdb. Both have the works on them, suspension , brakes,braces, fairings, exhaust etc...
I like my DX.

I like the T better as I have one. Would I pay the same price as a newer Street Bob? Good question as I got my T super cheap. The fairing is a musty in my opinion and mine came with one. Got some aftermarket bags as the bags were nowhere to be found. Regardless, setting up either bike with quality suspension components, motor build, carb, tru track, springs, etc they can both handle great.

I love my 11 year old Harley and would never trade it for a brand new street bob. But this is a get what you want. In my opinion newer is not always better.
