Put the stock junk back on and take it in, unless you bought it at Worth. In that case, yeah you'll probably get dicked around.

I did buy it at Worth(less) HD cause its right next to my house. There is no way to get around taking it up the a$$ there. They are gonna find something to charge you for no matter. What. I got charged $34 for misc. washers and such when they worked on it last time.

I bought mine at Worth also due to them being the only dealer within 150 miles with the color I wanted, miserable F'n eperience! I have since given St. Joe Harley all of my business, whether they care or not at least they act like they do.

I hear ya. They just seem to nickle and dime you, not that all the others don't, they just seem to always find something to charge you for. Hell, I am surprised they don't charge admission into the dealership to look!

I have seen plugs start to missfire at low idle and do what you are describing. If your bike has been over filled with oil it can pull excess through the breather and foul them. Ive seen it more than once. The propane method of checking for intake leaks involves using a propane torch un-lit around the intake, if the bike speeds up while idling you have a leak.

Ok, so I got pissed, took off the pipes and installed new gaskets just to make sure it was not an exhaust leak and the problem persisted.

I then got pissed and started tweeking the PC V tables and when I took the 0% throttle, 1000-1500 rpm values to +5% from 0% it seemed to go away. The bike was quasi warm so I will wait until I can try it from cold and see if that has solved it.

Can this whole friggin issue be due to lean fuel on idle??? Again, not a mechanic but that seems like a **** ton of trouble for something so minor.

Again, many thanks to those that have and can provide more insight into my little issue.
