2011 dyna fat bob rear brake
My Fatbob rear brakes don't seem to slow the bike down real well... Tried bleeding them... No difference. I don't think I could lock the back wheel if I tried... Do I need to dig deeper or is this a Harley design to keep the rear wheel from locking up.
I use the front brakes mostly but i'm concerned the back brake is very weak... Any input?

Do you have anti-lock brakes? I think if you have the security option, you also have the AL brakes. Nope...just checked. No antilock option on Dynas. That's weird, too, since the option is available for Softails.

My '010 is the same way - have to press down fairly hard on the pedal just to keep the bike from rolling on a slight slope. Not likely the rear wheel's gonna lock up in a panic stop, even without ABS. And the odd thing is my rear pads are wearing out faster than the fronts, so I'm adjusting my braking method to compensate - a little more front and a little less rear.
