Taking Sump off 98 Wide glide??

Default Taking Sump off 98 Wide glide??
hey all.new to here,from ireland.have to take my sump(oil pan) off my wide glide and Im just wondering whats the best way to go about it?does the engine need to come out or can I do it with the engine in place

The engine doesn't have to come out. The front of the engine possibly may have to be jacked up.
