Used FXDL or new Sportster 1200?

thanks for replys
Thank you for the feedback I appreciate it.
Given the fact that i posted this in the Dyna forum, maybe I already have decided. I have 5k to put down and can afford to finance something around 10k max. The Dyna has a K&N intake, Cobra 2into1 exhaust, factory alarm, and some powder coated black items. Its being offered at 10.5k. When they offered me the warranty and I tried to make the numbers work I was starting to flinch.
Do you think the warranty is really important? Its 750ish for the 1st year, 3 years is 1300ish. I can't really afford to add this expense but wonder what you all think. Of course if I had more $$ I would get it but I don't.
With cars in the past I always bought used reliable vehicles and took my chances, I have been fortunate.
I do hear the good feedback, sounds like you guys think I might find a better deal. I just want 88ci or more, no carb and stable... and HD

just to give you an idea...I paid 10k even for my 2006 FXDL with 375miles with added highway pegs,HD engine guard and pegs, HD quick windshield, HD Sissy Bar/passenger backrest, and HD Saddle Bags.
This is the way the bike looked the day I picked it up.
I say unless you are absolutely in love with the bike on the floor....keep shopping...but thats just my opinion
