Here is a pic of my Dyna. I started out with Screaming Eagle Exhaust which was close to $575. I then went to the Vance & Hines Big Radius which has a deeper loader sound. I atually like the sound of both, just depends on the look that you are trying to achieve.

I have an 05 FXDCI. I went with the Krome Werks slip ons. They sound great and were cheap. My bike is injected and I haven't changed the air cleaner so I didn't have to make any other mods. If your bike is carbed changing the exhaust will probably make it run leaner so a re-jet and hi flow air cleaner is advised. Good luck, let us know how you make out.

WOW - thanks everyone. I'm debating on getting the local Harley shop to do the work for me - they claim I'll get 10 more HP with carb re-jetting, air cleaner upgrade and SEII pipes - all work done and taxes in for $1000.

I saw this on eBay -

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Harle...QQcmdZViewItem

and don't know enough if that is advisable - sounds too cheap to be good.

I don't mind spending $700 for the pipes and upgrade. My 05 is not EFI so I'm thinking about the deal from the Harley Davidson shop is not bad and includes winter storage.

What do you guys think - can the re-jetting be done as simple as a kit, and upgrade the a/c to hi flo and put the pipes on as recomended - how much is that? Maybe I'll save some cash to start buying some chrome....

thanks a bunch - either way it's getting done!
