The barnett plates were in the bike when i got the bike (used)..... I just never liked the way the clutch felt, no matter how i adjust it, it feels weird, it lets off at the very end of the lever pull, adjusted it at the cable and the clutch several times, per the manual...and its still at the last 1/4 of the lever pull...

you may have a stretched cable too thats causing that funky lever feel. or if you have it stretched or routed funky with the taller bars it can cause alot of drag/tension on the cable itself inside the sheath and the adjustment will always be "off". not off as per the specs, but off as per the "feel". I did the SE spring on my stock plates in my bike and even with the little bit of power I got from my build, a thousand clutch slip rolling burnouts and in general retarded riding it feels/performs perfectly. Dyno is next week so my luck it will **** the bed on the roller and I'll make 35hp and 22tq. Run the spring, check your cable and save up for a Primo or Barnett once you go big bore.

Update on the clutch issues, the clutch plates seemed ok, the steel plates loiked alittle scoured, Replaced the whole thing with my freebie, also put in a medium (yellow) paint mark spring, whole new animal, firm clutch pull but totally worth it,
Also found one steel plate toward the back on the stack that was concave, weird..... Anyway, the clutch is awsome now....
Also put in new throttle cables... All black!!!! Super stoked with the bike now... Rode it everyday since the fix..... Logging a ton of miles
