Gonna try to get my money back on the replacement housing...don't know why they say em have to have it.that's not right!

 

I have a 1999 fxdwg, can someone tell me if this light will fit? the destructions on the harley site says not for fxdwg. thanks

 

It fit my 06 StreetBob perfectly in the original housing.

 

Been thinking of doing this for awhile. now that its deer season here I need all the help seeing at night I can get. Rule of thumb here is : off the road by 7:00 PM if at all possible. Lots of guys continue to ride but I just heard of two deaths here in the valley (MT) , both by riders hitting deer after 7:00 o clock. I will be getting this light asap.

Look hard at the 7" conversion if you really ride in deer country, I rode the west with a 5 3/4 had to add fogs, changed out to the 7" as soon as I got back to Fla. much better.

 

I am totally sold on the LED headlight. On another thread there were some really good night views of the lit up road with LED Headlamp and Driving lights...Looks to me like a very good upgrade for those of us that ride in Deer and Elk country.

Since the "look" of the LED Headlight Bulb is so different!?!?!?

I have an opinion question:
Which looks better the Black or the Clear????
