Buy what you think is best for you. If space isn't a problem, get the table.

Tables are awesome but also consider what you will mostly be doing. If you need to have the front wheel off the ground you will still have to have the bike lifted from the table. I just got the J&S and it's awesome and fits my needs for now. I will get a table eventually for extended projects like motor work, etc.

Folks don't like me braggin' on the J&S jack, but, do you want to get her in the air and rotate or remove the wheels and not buying an xtra jack to get tires off the lift or buying tie down straps? A jack or table have specific advantages and only the user can say which is best for him/her. I believe for cleaning and minor maintenance, a jack works for me. Check J&S video. Their quality is outstanding and customer service is #1+.
There, I said it and I could care less !

If it were me and I had the room I would by the table and get a scissor jack to lift either the front or rear of the bike as needed for whatever work I was doing. Being able to stand up and work on my bike is a big plus in my book.....

I have a table lift and a small scissor jack. I like that combo the best. I sold my regular jack. Once you have a table, you will never want to work on a bike without it again.

What table did you end up getting?
