I guess I'm with u NELS I thought they sold for more than they are saying. I got hosed u guess I paid $11,400 for a FXDC With 900 miles. But I thought that was a good deal compared to a 2011

 

IIRC the FXDC sold for $13k NEW! Add-ons don't add anything to the value.

 

I'm thinking 9k or 9.5k tops. Check NADA guide for bikes. You have to take into consideration the add-ons if they are something you like. If not and you're going to have to change them, they are of no added value to YOU. Make them an offer and show the NADA printout of the true value. If they argue the point, tell them they are welcome to keep the addons for a price reduction. Be willing to walk away if they don't like your offer. It ain't 10 years ago when you couldn't find a used Harley. Everybody is selling. Also check CycleTrader and Craigslist and be willing to take a roadtrip to pick one up.

 

Picked up my 07 in sig pic for 9k it had 8500 miles, warranty including tire and wheels good til 2014, security, new tires, quick detach hd bags, sissy bar, large and small t-bags, apes, forwards, candc seat, rear pegs, derby cover, ness mirrors and stage 1 (python pipes, sert and filter). Had it for about two months now.

My brother just bought a 2008 street bob with 1015 miles with vh pipes, foward controls not a scratch and still has warranty until 2013sweet bike and sweet price 9500 and with a brand new helmet and hd leather jacket.
