Nice looking ride!! That is a FXD+C not an FXDC. Don't know if they misled you there or not.

11bDad-Yeah, they do stick out a bit. I'll fix that when I do the work to the front end.

I know, that's why I included the link for you. It's their ebay store. They have the Horizontal ones on there with and without lights!! Great prices too. I've had mine on for 2 yrs now and no issues.

 

The FXD has a different tank and wheels than the FXDC. Your bike has everything and then some the super glide custom has, the differences between the two bikes are cosmitic. Just sayin it is a well customized FXD, it will look sweet with the WG front end.

JaronB-Thanks. I just bought the side horizontal mount without the light. I'll give it a try and see if I like it.

 

I had an 07 that I traded on my street bob, yours is decked out compared to what mine was.

dsiltman- the title says FXDCI. The tag paperwork says FXD. The place where I bought it had no idea what it was. They thought it was a WG. I told them it was a Super Glide. They got it in on a trade. Either way...Thanks. I'll be changing out the wheels anyway when I do the WG front end. As far as the tank, I like both styles. The bars and speedo mount on my bike work well. Don't know if I would like the speedo on the tank more or not. Right now, I'm just getting the feel of what I do and do not like. I'm sure it will change and progress over time. Already liking the tricked out Street Glides. This could get expensive!
