Washer or dremel, either way, it must not have been very far off if it only took one washer to make it fit. Looks like you figured it out nicely.

Never seen a Harley that couldn't take the rain. I may never ride some summers if mine wouldn't run in inclement weather. Glad you were able to remedy your problem and that it was a simple fix!
