They are known to be noisy but describing them as wicked sounds like you have a problem. Are the pushrods adjustable?

Ok well when I first cranked it. First, I spun the rear wheel a couple times, just to make my self feel better moved freely didnt hear anything or feel anything. So let her rip.. and tick tick tick tick.... seemed load to me but after about 2 mins it really quieted down. And the video is after i let it run for about 5 mins.

The lifters probably just needed to pump up, that is a nice set of cams to go with.

Even with the ticking at first I had a smile.. especialy with the D&D fatcat. Now just got to get the thundermax installed and mapped and let the autotune do its job.

I have a T-Max also, it works pretty good, I'm glad I have it because I built my bike a little bit at a time and I never had to go to the dyno for a tune, it is always spot on. They have a facebook page now and offer pointers on it.https://www.facebook.com/pages/Thund...61677050519889

I have the TW-8 Woods Cam and bro they are just noisey as hell I also had a ticking like sound thought it was the push rods, or also thought it was cause I was running roller rockers and I had to machine out the lowers so I thought maybe I didnt take off enough material.. But anyway it was just the noisey CAM....

Awesome Thats what I wanted to hear...
I took some much time doing these...read.... research...read....research...manual....even took three days taking my time just so I wounldn't rush and forget something. double checked touque values..

It actually was very easy.. hardest part was getting the D&D fatcat on with those stupid exhaust gaskets.
