34.7 mpg?

Agreed regarding lower mpg and ethanol. My '06 Street Bob lost 4mpg highway since the stations around started carrying it. These days I'm lucky to hit 48mpg even with a light throttle and 60mph highway speed. Pre-ethanol my bike easily topped 52mpg in the same conditions. And 41-43mpg in town
OTOH, 34.7mpg seems low even with ethanol - unless you're running wide open throttle from stop light to stop light.

OK I guess it's not that terrible, when I'm on the freeway I typically cruise about 80 and I don't waste allot of time getting up to speed either.I had been using Arco gas which is 10% ethanol for sure I guess i'll switch to Chevron and try to slow down a little.Bummer about that 010 gas tank being smaller that throws off my gas gage too.And no ,I didn't buy this bike for milage but at 4.39 a gallon I'd buy a Ninja 250 today if I had the money.
