You get 150 miles on a tank! Is that on the highway?

I wish I could get gasoline without ethanol. Better mileage without ethanol. Maybe better running all around.
Good point about the 10% ethanol...ALL the pumps in my area have it.

There's too many variables to compare gas mileage with other riders in different areas...amount of traffic, ethanol gas and the type of riding we do as well as the rpm's we like to ride at. I like to ride at 2600-3000 rpms with some occasional shifts at 4500-5000 rpms per my tach.

Just say'in...

I get almost exactly that 33.9 mpg in my 2009 FatBob, and my setup is very similar to yours.

I get about 35-40mpg, but I just put some a ThunderMax, SE Heavy Breather and Big Shots on a month ago. Still don't know what it's like to ride slow, but when I do, I will let you know what my mpg turns out.

I have an 07 street bob with stage 1, SERT and kuryakin hypercharger on 20,500 miles. Have checked the mpg regularly over the last 4 years of ownership and average 52 to 54 mpg. I Cruise at between 65 and 80 mph.

Am surprised that some of you seem to be getting poor mpg

I just swapped to SE255 cams and a ThunderMax w/AT over the winter. I was getting low 40s prior to this cam swap, I now average 38. I don't know if it will get better as I go thru the tuning process but I can live with it as is. I don't run high rpms but I admit I do throttle it a little harder lately as the power feels good.

I ride the back roads and around town here in WNC with a lot of tight turns and hills. I am usually in 4th or 5th gear and 3rd in the tight turns with a lot of stop and go's at the red lights and stops signs. I also have a hard time not getting on the throttle. I usually ride it like I stole it.
