I came up with these two codes, after getting on the bike kinda hard, they translate into Front and Rear combustion intermittent, does any one have any ideas on what would cause or what I should check. I have H-D download, SE II's with BCT baffles, open SE A/C, and after market wires, I have 3k on the bike.

 

Maybe the timing needs adjustment, tell the dealer

 

Go back to the original wires......

And stay out of the Rev Limiter.....

 

I would suggest going back to the original wires first, Also (cheaper test).

 

Also inline with what Shovelhead Bob said about the REV limiter.

Just how hard did you get into it?? If you did hit the rev limiter the "intermittent combustion" code could just be telling you the bike shutdown temporarily via the rev limiter.
Just clear the codes, and don't do dat thing no more.
