Nope, means you are running a high lead concentrated fuel....

 

Bobnehoc here are pics of my plugs. I took the bike out for a 30 min ride local. Took pics when i got back. Could you read this picture, i sure cant. Bike feels great. Motor feels real smooth. I let it idle outside when i got back for about 2 min and no red. Granted it is during the day.

 

It's normal, before I play with my pipes, with the bike bone stock in the garage the headers went red too, It is normal.

 

Usually you should start thinking about changing barrels after 200 rounds ...

pontiac69, Your plugs look fine and I do not think you have anything to worry about except maybe bluing your pipes. Just keep an eye on it. Like I stated before I have never seen my pipes do this on my current ride. Pipes will get hot and sometimes they might glow from extreme heat. I have seen this before on high performance engines in cars and when bikes run lean. You should definitely get a tuner as there are so many advantages to having one. A richer mixture, which will give you better performance and the engine will run cooler just to name a few. Good luck and let me know if you need anything else....

 

My M240H is air-cooled.....let her run for a minute sitting still and she glows, but flying at 100kts and she stays cool as a cucumber.

 

the plugs look good . ashen gray . If they were glossy white id worry about it.
