Switchblade style wheels on my 06 Street Bob
Ok I purchased 2 switchblade wheels from EBay and sent them out to be chromed and they look great. The front wheel is supposed to be a 09 and the rear is a 07. It turns out after removing the bearings that both rims have HD bearing p/n 9247 which are the 1in ID. So my question is: After installing new bearings ($30.00 each ouch) can I still use the 06 stock wheel spacers? I already purchase the correct front brake rotor so that’s taken care of. I am so looking forward to getting rid of my spoke wheels. Finally no more polishing those damn spokes.

In a previous thread you said you had an '09 rear and an '07 front?
Were the bearings flush to the bore? If they were protruding then the wrong bearings were/are installed.
The wheels were chromed with the bearings installed?
Have you already installed the bearings and did you install the 21mm or 15mm thick bearings?
DYJ, the rear rotor is the same, but the front mag uses a different rotor than the laced wheel.

Just measure the bore depth on the rotor side, should match the width of the bearing.
