You are going to be surprised at my answer... Your bike has a mis-wired rear
turn signal! This is actually quite common, about 15% of bikes come from the
factory with one or both rear signals wired with reverse polarity. The
factory does not control this better because, as you have seen, it does not
matter with an incandescent bulb. The bulb filament will flow electricity in
either direction... However, as a diode, an LED will only flow in one
direction, so the polarity MUST be correct for it to work.
To fix this, you will need to take off your tail light, unplug the turn
signal from that side, de-pin and swap the wires, then plug it back in.
Regarding the run/brake/turn ... If you wish to have no
running light function, this is easily achieved: Simply cut the BLUE wire
where it goes into the module. (NOT between the two plugs! Leave the wire
between the two plugs intact.) If you would like the best of both worlds,
you can even install a switch on the blue wire... This way you can turn the
running lights on when you want them, or turn them off when you don't!
Please let me know if we can be of further assistance.
Thanks,
Dan

my reply...
wish I would've wrote you 3 days ago.. that was quite frustrating,
that is until I got your message ... where's the EASY BUTTON?
I cut & capped the blue wire just before the Illuminator module for the brake/turn only option, and did the swap on the wires\pins, Worked(s) & Looks Great !!!
Somebody's blind if they can't see these lights, I also installed an HD smoke LED tail light, even the plate has a brighter cleaner appearance, and the 48 LED Clusters are nice and bright red with my smoke mirror lens.
Thanks again for your help !!! and easy instructions.
