There are lots tables available on the internet like this one. If you are still running stock rims I'd say 1oz front and 2oz rear. Putting 2oz up front wouldn't hurt.

Pretty sure you'll like the results. At first I had a little extra vibration at about 40 to 45mph, but even that smoothed out. I'm a believer!

A little tip on installation, assuming you're going in through the valve stem. If you keep the flow slow and steady but never pack the valve stem (always can see open air in the feeder tube) you won't have to stop and clear clogs nearly as often. It's kind of tedious, but a little patience goes a long way.

Good Luck!

RATBOB got me on the Dyna beads and I don't plan on going back to external weights even. Slow and steady is key.

Just a word of advice if you get the kit that comes with Dyna Beads valve core, don't use them, they suck!!! Keep with the stock valve core.

Have to give it a try reasonably priced also. Is it okay in tubes?

If you read the Dunlop tire warrenty info supplied when you bought your bike you will find that the use of Dyna-beads voids the tire warrenty.
