Meh...they may have just tweeked you for a couple more hp than him, and him a couple more ft/lbs. Depends on the tuner too. 6 of one...1/2 dozen of the other.

2005 Dyna: Maintenance p. 1-54 to 1-57
* * *
Excessive Vibration:
1. Wheels and/or tires worn or damaged.
2. Engine/transmission/rear wheel not aligned properly.
3. Primary chain badly worn or links tight as a result of insufficient lubrication or misalignment.
4. Engine to transmission mounting bolts loose.
5. Upper engine mounting bracket loose.
6. Ignition timing advanced due to faulty sensor inputs (Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) and/or Crank Position Sensor (CKP))/poorly tuned engine.
7. Internal engine problem.
8. Broken frame.

After I installed my ThunderMax with AutoTune, my vibrations decreased significantly ....
I find the increase in power and torque to be subtle and somewhat deceiving ... when I twist the grip it is just much more responsive ....

It is a smallish dealer, they arent the biggest in the area but I get treated well there and they are always friendly. I ended up paying 350 out the door, I probably could have beat the price in Dallas but I only had to go about 4 miles and that is a good deal for me
Although, finding the dyno cheaper but paying more in gas to get there would have probably equaled out in the end.
Either way, congrats. It's tough finding good dyno guys sometimes.

The graph is the important part, more so than the peak #'s. It shows where in the RPM range the power is. Also, shows if there are dips in the power band. It's the graph on the sheet which tells the story of the dyno.
Of course it's how it feels when you're riding it that matters most. Glad you're happy with the results.
