Default Progressive Suspension vs Burly Brand

I was trying to make a decision between these two lowering kit providers. Tried to go to their web sites and they both down. This led me to believe their websites are being hosted at the same place. So did a quick search and found out this domain registry information (on Burly Brand):

ATTN BURLYBRAND.COM
care of Network Solutions
PO Box 459
Drums, PA. US 18222

So, it looks like Burly Brand is a marketing unit of Progressive Suspension. Which is fine, and lot of people in this board knew about the relationship. So the decision between these 2 is easy for me. I will just order either one since I keep reading about Progressive's quality..

If you want to save more money, Bikers Choice (also made by Progressive Suspension) shocks are identical to the Burly brand shocks except they are chrome. These can also be purchased with HD springs. I have these on my ride and like them alot.

Phat Performance has them the cheapest 165 bucks:
