Looks great man. Did you use the HD fixed sideplates and just weld to them? Also, how have you liked that XL seat? Just got one for 2-up riding but haven't taken the lady friend out with it yet.

No, it is all one peice like the oem. I love the seat, and the chick doesn't have any complantes.

I accuaty had it made by the same company that make those. I called them and told them i needed one with a pad,(you know chicks), i sent them the tappered pad thet harley makes and Ray, company owner, made it happen.

What'd this run you roughly? I'd like the same thing for my '10 WG and don't want to do a removeable one nor do I want to relocate the lights and wiring and such. Looks good without all the sideplates and washers and bolts and such the HD shop has.
