Hardstreet makes some hard bags that look pretty good on a Dyna ....

The Cycle Vision system is a great innovation ... wish it had been around 5 years ago ....

you might call Bob at Gatorbox. http://www.gatorboxes.net/products.htm#GB100

i talked to him at Sturgis and he is a good man. He might have some ideas about mounting to the Dyna.

Thanks for sharing, but those are a bit bigger than what I am looking for. As well with the bar going around the hard bag, it will have a huge gap between the fender and the bag. I want something with a tighter gap but enough clearance where no rubbing will happen. I just prefer a cleaner look, those bags have a bit more going on with them. But def. post up some pics when you get them on the bike!

I have the H-D custom painted hard bags on my 2009 Dyna Low Rider. I am not impressed with them at all, especially for the price. They pop open at times unless they are locked, they are hard to lock and the rubber stripping keeps coming loose and sticking out from the bags. So definitely steer clear of those.

Griff08fxdc and Surfor Chop, do the mounts on the Hardstreet bags allow for mounting the bags forward or rearward (or up and down) as desired ?

Or is everything predrilled and you have to mount them as drilled ?
