Just do a quick google search for Harley Seat Bolt.
Hundreds of options out there!

do you have a hardware store or nut and bolt supply warehouse near you?. take your old screw there and determine the size and pitch..then amaze yourself at the sheer number of options...buttonheads, allen heads, 12 point, torx, tamper proof torx, wingnuts, etc, etc..each one well under a dollar each.

Harley sells one that is a quick set thumb tight screw. I think it is 19 bucks. Has a nifty HD logo inset on the inner portion of a recessed screw head. Looks nice imho. Been using it for the last almost 4 years. Easy to loosen and tighten with your fingers.

here is the link to the HD product page with picture. Bolt looks much better in person by the way. part number is:51676-97A

I got some simple flat headed screws (one came with my fender bib so I matched them up), had them powdercoated black and they look great.
