just got off the phone with licks... mine is on its way. my head measured at the top of the meds and the bottom of the larges. so after talking with them i decided to order both large and med and theyre gonna let me send the one that doesnt fit back for a refund. (i just pay shipping) Oh... and they sold it to me for the pre-order price!!! Great to do business with and im stoked about that helmet being on its way!

They look awesome.....but I'd like more information on the "meets or exceeds" DOT standards before I switch from my Fulmer V2. Of course, the Fulmer website only says, "DOT approved" for the V2. So maybe it's a wash either way.

The drop down list for the sized have been updated. I was told they are for the next round of pre-orders, with helmets shipping in late May/early June. Dealing with AJ from Lick's has been a pleasure. Very customer friendly company!
Looking forward to getting the new lid.
Cheers AJ!

Just got mine in. Less "mushroomy" than others and very light weight, but will never be confused with a novelty skid lid. I'll probably keep it for a passenger or as a spare.

I received my 2XL matte grey yesterday. Its very light, almost feels like a novelty. Nothing will make my head not look like a bobble head, but this at least is light.

One thing, I also ordered the shield. For some reason, you have to cut the top tab down as the snap is blocking the placement. You would have thought they would plan this for their own product. Still, the shield is tight and just covers above the nose. I got the clear for night use and keep the bugs out of my face. Cant really fit sunglasses underneath as it will be a tight fit.

I just bought the Rockhard too and I am amazed at this helmet - I have not seen the Licks in person but the Rockhard crushes the other 3/4's out there....
