Tins installed - photos

Just going through my pics and kind of surprised how similar these before and after photos are ....
... before ...
... after ...
In the pics, it seems quite a bit lighter, now ... less olive / gray ....
I think part of that is attributable to the fact that the 'before' photo was taken on an overcast day ... whereas the 'after' photo was taken with a lot more ambient light ....
However, it is quite a bit more gold ... a lighter color ....

... actually grabbed the wrong photo ... was thinking of this one ...

I started a thread on the floorboards here ... https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...na-photos.html
I made my own brake line from Goodridge brake line ... and reused my stock brake light switch ....
Didn't see the attachment for the shifter side parts ... but, pretty straight forward swap ....

A couple of photos of before and after ...
Before ... can see the wiring routed behind the triple trees ... I never cared for the red shrink tubing I had used ... painted it black; but, the finish crapped out and didn't take very well:
After ... the way the bikes come from the factory with the black shrink tube wiring coming to the front and up under the tins:
A close-up from the front ....
A pretty afternoon today ... I am really warming up to the new color of my tins ....
