Only suggestion - the bike is screaming for covered shocks.

have to be honest, not feeling the idea of covers shocks at all... personally i would color match the coil to your paint and go gloss black on the upper and lower covers fo the shock and upper stay clip

I thought the covered shocks looked pretty good on Brendan's Duo Glide Dyna ...



... have been digging them on Rick's ackman1968 ...

I've seen that bike as well. Truly outstanding motorcycle. Had I seen it before I did my Springer conversion there's a very good chance I would have went that way instead.
