So many times fellas willl bolt on a conglamoration of parts that just does NOT work....However occasionally a fella will figure out just the right items to bolt together and when they come together they are classy... Well, your bike is very nicely put together, and I say its one fine steed....
Great job

Robtarra (and other suggesting it) - I had thought of blacking out my cylinders and heads when I did my big bore ... I still think it's a good idea and may do it eventually ... my bike is an '05 FXDI, stock rake should be the same as yours .... Only issue I had was the front end was kind of soft (bottomed out and crushed the back of the front fender on my engine guard cross bar) so, I replaced the springs with stiffer Race Tech springs and Gold Valve cartridge emulators ....

lo-rider - I think one of the reasons the second posting was not that great is that they were just a couple of screen shots from the video I did (and seem to be a little less clear) ...

... speaking of which ... below is a video I posted to youtube of a walk around ....

Don't know what that set you back, but whatever it was, it was money well spent. I think I'd look at ceramic coating your pipes flat black before the jugs, but you obviously don't need my advice. I really like what you've done, you have a very fine eye for class.

You've brought that thing a long way, and it looks fantastic. Kudos to Joe on the P/C work. Like I've said before, it's amazing that yours and the one in my sig were twins a few years ago. BTW-I'm with the rest that say you need to give your jugs the Nazman treatment and spray them black.
