Hi Folks,

I'm changing my rear rim for a 18/5.5 (re-rim the OEM hub) I was going for a "traditional" 180/70 tire (Fat Bob OEM mount) but I suppose a 200 would look even better, lots of 55's but can't find it in /70

ps: frame clearence won't be a problem as I've got no struts left...

I'm curious why you'd want such a tire - you realize it would be over 3 inches taller than a 160/70-17 whereas a 200/55-18 is only a bit under 7/8" taller?

I'm changing the look of my Street Bob, gonna put a 130/16/90 in front and was planing to put a 180/18/70 in the rear, but a 200 wide looks really nice...

 

I don't think the 70 profile would suit a 200 x 18

I've checked several bikes listed under "Model Fitment" it seams they all have 50 or 55 tires and not 70 ! http://www.dunlopmotorcycle.com/fitmentguide.asp
