Default Looking for Advice: "earphones"

I'm looking for a good set of earplug headphones while riding....I ride without a windshield or helmet so the walmart sony POS's work but just do not cut the wind noise. I did a couple of searches, but can only find them for like 50 bucks. i am willing to drop the cash but i want to know they will perform well. anyone else use anything like these, what brands, etc...

I use Klipsch, had some of the Monster diddybeats but the flat wires caught the wind real bad.

I guess Im in the same boat looking for some good head phones but I have used my Oakley Split thumps for the past couple of years with good results cause I normally ride with just a half shell.

I use skull candy too. However, saw a company and at the last bike show that actually makes mold of your ear, and an input for headphones. About 100 bucks, but might be worth a look.

I use both Skullcandy Earbuds (wired)
http://www.skullcandy.com/shop/all-p...FYi8KgodCSqGDQ

and Sony Bluetooth Earbuds (wireless)
http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/...52921665843449

these works great if you also have a bar mounted ability for you music source or use one of those new magnetic tank pouches HD sells for MP3/ipod/iphone.

+1 on the skullcandy's but if you've got some extra bucks to spend go with the iBeats by Dr. Dre. They have some really deep earpieces, like a set of nice ear plugs and they give all the same advantages. Wont pull out of your ears in the wind and they are crystal clear at just about any "reasonable" speed. I have a pair and wont ride with anything else now.
