You should be frustrated, but mistakes happen. Next time thoroughly inspect your parts before dropping off at the dealership or starting a project. Take it from someone who learned the hard way.

I would be just as pissed as you. I can work on my own bike and do so most of the time, but there are times I simply don't want to. And when you make the decision to have it done for you, you HOPE it will just be a pay and play experience. It really sucks when simple stuff turns into a botch job.

I would have called Ride Wright and mention that, "...they sent the incorrect parts...for the second time. I would appreciate it if you would overnight the correct rear rotor so I may ride my bike again."

I personally would have waited for the new rotor to come in and get mounted.

OK, the update is...
The wheels looks amazing, and Ride Wright has a customer for life.

They are making it good and didnt seem to care what it took to keep me happy, as long as I am happy. I wont go into detail, suffice it to say that they did what it took.

If I buy a second bike it will have their wheels as well.

I will get pics in a few minutes, just need to have a cold beer before I go play photographer.

Very cool looking. Sounds like the aggravation might have been worth it.
