73416-11 Dyna Fender Edge Light

Have been thinking about putting a WG Fender on my Fat Bob. Saw this at HD Dealer today.

Does anyone have this or seen this? What do you think?
Do you know - if I use this, do I still need the Stop-Turn-Run Module?

Parts guy said I didn't, but he also told me the WG Fender wouldn't fit on the Fat Bob.

 

What is shown on HD.com seems to indicate not as its shown with amber signals rather than red ones.

But the description puzzles me, it clearly shows it mounted on a WG but say's it works with the chopped rear fender kit which doesn't fit either the WG or FB. and the photo on that box - doesn't look like either.

 

I saw it for the Sportster but didn't see they had it for the Dyna. Kind of like it but I had one on my Sporty that I made myself for about $6. Bastards took my idea. (Not like it was all that profound or original)

 

I want to know what the clearence of this thing is over the tire. I have my bike lowered and I would hate to install this only to have it ripped off from the tire hitting it!

 

i got one the other day for my wide glide. im in the process of process of blacking it out but will post pics when its installed. and it only hangs down an inch from the edge of the fender

 

What's the cost?

 

I got one a think it completes the rear because I went with a taller shock. The 1" I raised it left a gap that this has filled. Looks good to and adds a saftey factor. kinda.
