why is the cheapest i can get a wheel trued around is $150 minimum? no strip, tube, or tire lol

 

well I have to thank Jaron again & thanks to your rebelranger.

Just laced up the 21. It took after 50 minutes start to finish (after knocking the weights off first, that took half an hour, they were on there good).
And that's while watching a tornado movie on syfy channel lol.

Luckily I laced it up right the first time.
