I think the 4 jets in the kit will be 2 mains and 2 pilots. Follow the instructions in the kit, assuming the carb hasn't been touched before from stock then this generally will be to take the pilot jet up one size (from a 45) and leave the main jet as it is.

The instructions might suggest drilling out the vacuum hole in the slider. I'd recommend not doing that; with the lighter spring in the kit and that the hole is too easy to get oversize and that the effect is unnoticeable anyway I'd just leave well alone.

Found the number--H-D part number27094-88. The needle is a tad richer at idle to 1/4 throttle.
I would not use the N65c needle (sportster). It will be too rich over the entire rpm range. Just go up 2 washers on the needle (ask me how I know that) I'm back to the stock needle with 1 washer

should come with instructions. follow them. I bet their needle will work best with a 46 low, Idle mix adjustment(between 2-3 turns out) and the stock 190 high or a 195.

the mixture one needs will vary based on altitude, intake, exhaust, engine, and float adjustment. One guys too rich is another's too lean.
