This thread is new to me. I think the damper is trick looking. Anodized black version is on my short list.
This spending money thing is just to easy.

Anyone have a line on the frame mount for the stabilizer? The fork mounts are easy to find but all I can find are cheezy little clamps.

When I first saw steering dampers on bikes, I thought to myself, "WTF izzat?". Knowing what they are, now, I must say that they're pretty damned cool! Whoever invented those contraptions definitely filled a need.

They definitely say "function", which is always a good thing. Beats the hell out of any OCC-type ornament I've ever seen tack-welded onto a bike. You won't find me hitting the curves in the triple-digits, but it's cooler'n hell that you're doing it so well.

I also gotta agree with Odious' comment on the comfort factor. I can't stand to be on an imported sport bike for more than a few miles at a time, and even then, I gotta wear a full-face, dark-tinted helmet in case anyone sees me.

do you think the daytona dampner sold by j&P is the same length for all models , just different brackets ?
