Why would you pigeonhole Harleys like that? There is enough BS been spewed by the Jap-bike owners about how Harleys are only good for going slow in a straight line, no need for us Harley guys to tow the same line.
With a little hard work our Dynas are capable of being amazingly awesome machines in speed, handling and comfort. That last item being key for me, because sure I have sat on crotch rockets and sport-touring bikes that can out-pace or out-handle my Bob, but none of them are near as comfortable to me.
Sorry to go off, but I dont understand the attitude of "Well, I own a Harley, guess I can never go fast or do the twisties or ride around the world. I would have to buy a Kawi, Ducati or Beamer for that." It's just not true.

No problem. Think what you like. Will say though that these type comments usually come from people with stock setups and no experience or understanding of the ride on a built HD.

The Storz unit runs about $400. I've seen others for a lot less (under $100) which may be just as good, but I have no experience with them. The Storz damper is a well designed, precision unit, with a real nice mounting system so I went with it.
