Ideally I want no risers and not much pullback at all.
I'm gonna go ahead and order the 32" drags and some top clamps and try to use my stock lower risers. If it hits the tank at that point, i'll look for the minimum rise i need to clear.

Sounds like a good approach. You might have to relocate the turn signals to the fork clamps if they hit, but that's easy to do. 32" drags are great.
I have 4.5" pullback raisers on my sb with drag bars...there both drag specialties......
My apologies to the thread originator. I'm not trying to thread jack but apparently I can't send p.m's. Just wondering what seat you are running? I've done several searches including the Harley bike build site but can't find this info. Love the look of your bike and found it while searching about drag bars on a dyna. Possibly trading for a '99 lowrider soon. Thanks.
