Default Front turn signals

So I was out in the garage today messing around with the bike and was talking with the wife about what my front turn signals would look like black. Didnt really say much about and went on with what I was doing, went outside to do something and go back in the garage and found my 5 year old had took a black paint marker to my lights. Got some of the paint off but wouldnt really clean up all the way, so my question is does anyone know the part number so I can get some new signals ordered? Also I am assuming they would come with the factory length wire attached as well, been thinking about relocating them back to my bars as down by the neck looks kind of busy with the wire coming out. Appreciate any info ya have.

Well I assume from your username you ride a Fat Bob, still guessing about the year.

I looked this up at Zanottis for a 2010 Fat Bob,
SKU: HD-68972-00 Price: $37.70 TURN SIGNAL ASSY FRONT
https://shop.zanottimotor.com/part/68972-00

I think it comes with the wire (call them and check) , but you might have to install the crimped amp pins on the wire. (this is only one signal) Comes with bulb and lens.

Before you order it, go to Home Cheapo and buy some of that non toxic paint stripper. The kind that's a water based paste. Spread it on and let it sit for 3 hours (or as directions say) . And then see if you can get the paint off.

If it hasn't set too long, a clay bar will remove the paint without damaging the chrome.

Daaaannngggg kidlets! I'd have been sorely tempted to spank someone's backside black... and blue! (just kidding... sorta)

Try some WD-40 if it isn't cured on yet. I was able to remove some graffiti with it and a shop towel from the side of my white work van a couple years ago when some putz tagged it.

Fine steel wool and WD-40 will take it right off without damaging the chrome.

+1, clay bar works really well for removing paint, overspray etc.

Thanks for the info guys, but I went ahead and order 2 new ones from Zanottis today. I want to relocate them back to my bars and when the indy located them to my forks he didnt bother doing it the right way instead he just cut the wire and spliced them back together. So I dont think I would have been able to get them fed back through. I might need some help when I go to put them back on so if anyone has any diagrams/pictures of doing this work I would appreciate it.
