Does anyone know if it is legal in Minnesota to move the license plate to the side of the bike?

 

As long as its horizontal, I got pulled over on 94 by trooper for a normal plate that was vertical so I went this route...

In wisconsin when I was a kid we had to have license plates on our bicycles and in the town we lived in and we said WTF. didnt do it and all the better, freakin sheep in our over regulated blue states.

We finally put the state flag back up in madison, seems the last commie shot down every bill to allow concealed carry permits. Looks like todays news out of new york will have comrade Bloomberg issuing more gun control laws because a puke murdered 4 people with a kitchen knife, thats just the way Bloomberg operates. WI ABATE is doing a great job, the signed up the new gov elect Scott Walker. Michigan needs to stand up to those profesional rights restricters they have in gov. I wont ride there, spend my money in IL, IA, MN when I travel, Let those who ride decide. If I turn my tag sideways then the police have to many officers on patrol if I get pulled over for that. Petty petty petty petty petty, get real cop my tag edangers publice saftey? OMG he would tell me I dont write the laws. well maybe thats a stupid law!!!!!
