bcmiles, I have a fellow member wanting to trade me his 2010 WG chrome dash for my 2007 powdercoated Street Bob dash. If he send me the complete dash minus the speedo obviously, I will only need the wires and a speedo gasket to make it work correct? Oh and the lock sticker....

you'll need his parts list from page 1, minus the dash
you're gonna need wires, gasket, ignition switch, decals, etc.

That sounds right. You'll want the electric connectors too. I would also get (if you're not getting one with the dash) a 3-way plug connector for the ignition switch. My new ignition switch came with one. It's not necessary though, you can connect the wires directly to the switch with those connectors, would just need to cover them.
Also, I compared the SB gasket with the WG gasket and couldn't see a major difference. The profile of the gasket may be a tad different and the overall size may be a tad larger, but they're pretty close. That being said, you could probably use the SB gasket, but better safe than sorry. The gasket isn't very expensive and you can order it when you get the new lock sticker.
does the ignition come with keys i would think it does but you never know?
Yes, it does. When you order the ignition from Zanotti's, you'll put your existing HD key number in the comments on the order form. If you forget, they should email you and ask what # to use. Your key number is on the key itself (mine is a 4 digit number).
