Default New shocks & Stuff on my '10 WG...pics

Just got these installed.....11" Progressive 430's. Here's before and after pics:

So whatcha's think?

I am a little worried about the clearence between the right side passenger peg mount and the fender now, but most that have used lowering shocks don't seem to have a problem with it hitting, just with lowering blocks.

Next I gotta have a buddy come by and adjust the belt for me now that it's lowered. I also have a set of the black FatBob handlebars he is going to put on, too. Can't wait for those!

Looking good! Since the Fat Bob bars don't rise up like your stock bars, are you gonna have any clearance issues with your front sigs hitting the tank? Be careful so as to not ding that beautiful tank... Also, you should powder that shift arm black to blend in with the rest of your forward controls. IMHO

Eric, I totally agree! It pisses me off that they don't make a matching slotted black arm to match the levers I have on there, so I am just gonna powder that one black.

I don't think the sig would hit the tank, but I am not keeping them on the bars anyway. I am trying to find a kit that will relocate them to the forks and keep them as tight to the forks as possible. I don't like the HD kit, they stick out too far. If I don't find anything by the time the bars go on, I'll go without until I do, but they are not going back on. It's winter and snowing here right now anyway, so it's not like I'm riding any time soon.......

Thanks Utah, send that PM and I'll get it to you!

Bob, you mean the front lowering kit? You are right, and I forgot to mention that I do have the kit to level out the front, but Yaffe is making me a chrome w/ hidden axles front end kit, and I am going to wait for that before I install the front springs.

Love my 430's. Did you put the Progressive front fork lowering kit on it? I did, and love the new lower center of gravity feeling it gave me. Amazing how easy it is to adjust the ride too.....no tools.....just twist and go.
