not sure why it is saying ****** i guess ******ball33 is a cuss word on here...

****** wanted a smoooooth rear fender, and of course we where more than happy to help him out!

four holes welded up and filled


top 4 holes filled and finished


old fender cut the filler plate


after plate is welded in it is ground smoooth


welding and grinding done!


back side


just have to finish stripping, blast, primer, block sand, top coat, clear, wet sand, buff, and ship!

great work as always Joe! I know if it was mine I would be more then pleased with the attention to detail you always do... it will be flawless when finished!

Very clean work Joe, I am a bit nit picky and I would clean up the back side so no one could tell the fender was ever mod'd, but thats just me!

clean up the back side? it will be blasted and coated... you will never know it was there, and grinding in that rev curve could create more harm than good, the back plates are there for counter weight, they help keep the front end down

Joe I have a dumb question but can you powder coat over body filler? If not what do you use to smooth out a fender after these mods?
