Proper torque on Progressive suspension?

I use high strenght Locktite thread locker on most bolts on my scoot. If there is a torque rating, yes use a torque wrench.

On my 2010, I am pretty sure the 75-85 ft/lb is for the upper shock stud mount for the nut on the inside of the struts.

The outside nut that holds on the shock is 30-40 ft/lb just like the lower shock mount bolt.

I am at work now but I will post up a copy right out of the 2010 manual when I get home in the morning.

my 09 manual shows lower mount 30-40 ft-lbs
upper 30-40 ft-lbs
use blue loctite and buy a torque wrench.
