I just both a set of Vance & Hines Straightshots
I have a stock Dyna SuperGlide 2002 with a 1450 cc with carb

Do I need to rejet the carb and change the air breather if I install my Pipes probably better, but what if I don't ???

It's your bike so I suppose you can do whatever you like. I think if you're putting on new pipes it would be foolish to not do the A/C and rejet the carb.

 

I have an 2002 FXD also, with the straightshots, i went with the sceaming eagle air cleaner, and installed the Dynojet kit that was easy to install, performance is great and throttle response better, also the sound from those pipes are awesome.
